1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen and the responsible pizza delivery service for the corresponding delivery area (hereinafter "Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen"), as well as their customers in the context of order facilitation through the website yushumomosmorelaupen.fasteat.ch. The services provided by Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen through the yushumomosmorelaupen.fasteat.ch online ordering service are solely offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the T&Cs. Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen reserves the right to change the T&Cs at any time. 3. Order and Delivery

By placing the order, the customer submits a binding and final offer to purchase the selected products under the stated terms within the ordering process. The acceptance of the order is usually confirmed by Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen via email. Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen reserves the right to refuse delivery without giving reasons. The customer is not entitled to a re-delivery or compensation for damages.

4. Prices and Payment

Yushu - Momo's & More Laupen reserves the right to verify the information and exclude individuals who disregard the T&Cs from the online ordering service.
